Sunshine Village, a Beautiful and Strong Vision

Sunshine Village Map & Layout

Sunshine Village is a beautifully landscaped tropical resort/garden estate, a resting place in mitten of a operating farm plantation. The Garden is being built around an artificial winding creek (“Little Creek and Waterfall”) that flows from the northeast of the Function Hall down to the cliff edge. The entire Central Area of Jessie’s Sunshine Farm is designed as a walkable garden paradise with multiple themed walking paths, flower gardens, palm groves, colorful flowering trees, and scenic bridges.

Sunshine Village feels like a private tropical botanical garden located in the midst of a coconut plantation and animal farm. The design deliberately guides visitors along meandering paths so every turn reveals a new burst of color: scarlet Delonix regia in full bloom, golden showers of Golden Trees, fluffy pink Red Puff Trees, and the elegant sway of dozens of palm varieties.

Overall Vision & Atmosphere of Sunshine Village

Come home to the place where the Philippines remembers its own heart.

The West Entrance and Bridges

From the moment you pass the Entrance gate and leave your shoes (and your hurry) at the Parking area, Sunshine Village wraps you in the kind of welcome, only province life still know how to give. “Little Creek” sings its soft, constant song, slipping under hand-hewn bridges while the waterfall keeps perfect time. A winding path leads you across quaint bridges over Little Creek, its waterfall cascading softly, inviting pauses for reflection. On both sides, the West and East Flower Gardens run wild with color (orchids spilling from palm trunks, roses climbing anything that will hold them, butterflies moving like slow confetti). At the old Kubo you will enter the Flower Garden on the “Garden Walk” way, and you’re immediately greeted by the vibrant West Flower Garden, bursting with colorful petals under the shade of Golden trees and Arcae Palms along Red Palm towards the “Long Bridge”.

East Flower Garden

Golden Trees turn sunlight into something you can almost drink. Red Fire Trees burn scarlet against the sky along the “Pool Walk”, shouting that joy is still allowed. Areca and Manila palms sway in endless conversation with the wind, while Guyabano, Mulberry, and Indian Almond promise sweetness to anyone can reach. Red Puff Trees float pink clouds above the grass, and some lone Northfork Pine stand like a straight row of foreign soldiers along the “North Meadow Walk” who decided to stay forever. Imagine to walk on panas, sandstone, the “Flower Walk” provides a multitude of fragrant flowers of many colors catching your eyes under the shade of a bamboo cover. It is a serene, verdant escape nestled in a tropical paradise, where the air is filled with the scent of blooming flowers

The Mini Zoo and Day Use Area

Butterflies and birds are attracted to the diverse flowering plants, and the “Animals at the Cliff” spot adds a touch of wild nature. Hence you follow the path to the left of the old Kubo and you will enter the West Flower Garden. Here we have Red Puff Trees, plus another hang out at the windy cliff, viewing the goats while they are sun bathing on sandstone boulders, some Oil Palms, Guyabano Trees. Children will sprint toward the animals at the Cliff, the open-hearted Filipino mini-zoo of two or three small habitation facilities. Here, hornbills flash emerald and gold, monitor lizards bask like ancient guardians, and small macaques swing between branches, chattering gossip only kids seem to understand. Their parents drift to the Day-Use Cabins (simple, breezy nipa salas right over the water), ordering or bringing platters of inihaw na bangus, ensaladang pako, sizzling sisig, and buko straight from the Cafe. Plates pass from hand to hand, stories grow louder, and nobody ever checks the time.

The Pool for Club Members

The heart of the Sunshine Village pulses at the Club House and azure Swimming Pool, surrounded by Areca Palms, open to the cliff. Here, club member families gather for leisure, splashing in the water or relaxing poolside on the Pool Walk. The Function Hall and Group Cottages wait for baptisms, debuts, golden weddings (because every milestone deserves flowers this bright and a creek this gentle enough to baptize dreams). Groups can stay over night and not worry about to leave before the night sets in. Smoke from the BBQ-Hall curls up through the palms like evening prayer. Lechon manok can be barbequed for hours under the shade in our Rondel Facility, he “Barbeque Hall”, beside a small nice outdoor kitchen.

The Cross at Night

When night falls and the sky turns mango, violet, then deepest indigo, the Cross ignites (steady, warm, visible for kilometers across the dark sugar cane fields). Truck drivers on the distant highway catch its glow and feel something unclench inside, especially at night when green lights illuminating its place. Farmers walking home touch their foreheads without thinking. It simply says: You are never lost. Love is still taller than the dark and so is the Light.

The View into the Valley

And for souls who need more than a glance upward, the “Long Bridge” stretches northward (plank by plank) from the Function Hall across the widest, quietest part of Little Creek. On the far side at the cliff, lies the Meditation Area: a perfect circle of elevated benches beneath a shade providing roof surrounded by whispering palms. It lit only by moonlight and the glow of the Cross. Some come with rosaries. Some come empty-handed. Some come carrying grief too heavy for words and leave it on the stones like an offering. The small waterfall keeps whispering and singing. Fireflies rise like answered prayers.

Sunshine Village welcomes travelers

Sunshine Village is not just a farm or a resort. It is consecrated ground wearing everyday clothes Here monkeys and children share the same sunlight and dinner plates and altars are equally sacred. A LED lit up Cross reminds every weary traveler that heaven also has a provincial address.

Come when you are broken. Come when you are whole. The bridges are strong, the tables are wide, the Cross is already lit, and Jessie’s Sunshine Farm is waiting with open arms and the quiet promise that here, at last, you can remember who you were before the world taught you to forget.

Central to our vision is harmony with nature: Golden Trees and Oil Palms line the North Meadow Walk, creating shaded avenues for strolls, while the Cliff Walk offers dramatic views of wildlife (mostly cobras) at perhaps some rare birds perched on rocky outcrops.

Toward the east, the East Flower Garden unfolds like a living tapestry, with Red Fire Trees adding fiery bursts of red against the green backdrop when you walk down to the member pool. Practical amenities blend seamlessly: a Function Hall for events, Group Cottages for gatherings, and an Eating Area for al fresco dining near Mulberry Trees.

Overall, Sunshine Village envisions a self-contained oasis promoting wellness, adventure, and community—ideal for day trips or retreats, where every turn reveals a new natural wonder, from the exotic Guyabano trees to the majestic Gmelina Treehouse. It’s a place that feels alive, sustainable, and enchanting, drawing visitors into a world where urban stress melts away amid the symphony of nature.
