🌿 Charming Farm Accommodations

Guests will be able to choose from a variety of relaxing and sustainable lodging options (ongoing construction):

  • Private A-Frame Cottages – Set along a picturesque cliff, these cozy 4 x 6 meter cottages come with a queen-size bed, solar lighting, and a balcony with a soaking tub. Secluded by trees, each cottage offers peace, privacy, and panoramic views of the Kalatungan Mountain Range and the Coconut Plantation.
  • Group Cottages – Perfect for families or team retreats, these 4 x 6 meters accommodate up to 10 guests each, with shared cooking and washing facilities located near the Function Hall.
  • Barbeque Hall – Perfect for a get together to roast a pig or do some BBQ chicken in the Round-About. It has space for 20 people in the seating area.
  • Flower Garden – Stunning tropical flower bursts with vibrant petals in fiery shades of orange, hot pink, golden yellow, and red. Glossy green leaves are radiating exotic beauty and fragrance under the sun.
  • Mini Zoo – Some exotic small animals including lizards and birds can be seen in their habitats and close up. And interesting interaction for children and parents alike. How about Red Tailed Snakes and Cobras?
  • Swimming Pool – A relaxation of a special taste will be the pool at the cliff overlooking the valley. Club Members only. A close by minibar will serve refreshments. Day use Cabins are also available.
  • Function Hall – For private and public events. It can host more than 40 for any event, equipped with tables, chairs and music for entertainment. Book the sleepover in the admin building.

The farm also features a small café serving snacks and healthy juices, and free Starlink internet for guests who need to stay connected while enjoying a simpler lifestyle. And not to mention our small fish pond behind the Administration Building.

Jessie’s Sunshine Farm is pioneering a “work-and-learn” tourism model where guests can spend 4–6 hours daily participating in real farm activities. Visitors can work in the coffee and coconut plantation, alongside our teams. They will learn about banana, fruit trees, and coconut cultivation, and take part in sustainable practices guided by local farmers. Get your hands dirty! Engage.

After work hours, guests can relax by the pool, enjoy farm-to-table meals, or join the weekly sightseeing tour showcasing local attractions around Don Carlos, Kibawe, and Maramag. It’s a meaningful, refreshing experience that connects people to the land—and to one another.
