Seeking Farm Workers of All Skill Levels

Jessie’s Sunshine Farm is currently seeking workers to join its team, welcoming individuals with varying skill levels. This initiative aims to enhance the workforce and ensure efficient farm operations. We will provide necessary training if needed. These positions are Full Time and Long Term. We want you to grow with our project.

Key Requirements and Skills

Jessie’s Sunshine Farm is looking for candidates who possess a range of skills, including but not limited to:

Basic Agricultural Knowledge: Understanding of farming practices and crop management.
Physical Abilities: Capability to perform manual labor and operate farm equipment.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
Attention to Detail: Precision in tasks such as planting, harvesting, and maintaining equipment and tools.

You must:

be able to work under the sun,
speak basic English,
work from 06:00 – 15:30,
show up to work every day,
be organized,
be clean,
be responsible,
willing to learn new things,
have own transportation

All our workers have to sign Non-Disclosure-Agreements. Please also provide ID when hired. At start we reserve the right to place you on a probational period of 3 months. We will evaluate you.

PT is Part Time, either 4 hours a day, of for a few days a week only.
FT is Full Time, eight hours a day, 6 days a week.

2 FT	Maintenance of our trees and flowers according to schedules. Cutting grass. Taking care of animals. Construction work with concrete, hallow blocks, cladding. Erosion control, road work, and more.	The following experience is NOT mandatory or needed but would be an advantage to have: Welding, mechanics, or construction experience. Experience with animals or crops. Drivers license or any other certificate.
1 PT	You must love flowers and gardening	Experience in taking care of Bougainvillea, Adeniums, Grapes, Orchids, various seedlings of trees.

The demand for quality farm products continues to rise. To meet this growing need, Jessie’s Sunshine Farm is actively seeking distributors and wholesalers for a variety of our products. This initiative aims to enhance the distribution network and ensure that fresh, high-quality products reach consumers efficiently.

Key Details:

Product Range: Our farm offers a diverse selection of products, including coconuts, bananas, Tilapia, goats, pigs, and other agricultural goods. Some of these products will available in the near future.
Target Distributors: The project is looking for distributors who are established in the Kadingilan, Don Carlos, Kibawe area and have a proven track record of successful product distribution. We are looking for responsible We can deliver on a weekly base, do commission based sales.
